This privacy policy describes MOH Office For Healthcare Transformation Pte Ltd.’s (the “Privacy Policy” and “MOHT” respectively) policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information (including Personal Data and Usage Data) when you use the Service.
This Privacy Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any consent which you may have previously provided to MOHT, nor does it affect any rights that MOHT may have at law in connection with the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data. MOHT may from time to time update this Privacy Policy to ensure that this Privacy Policy is consistent with its future developments or business purpose, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. MOHT will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

App means any software application operated or published by MOHT designed to be operated on a Device.

5. Retention Of Personal Data
The MOHT will retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary until the purpose for which it was collected for no longer exists. MOHT will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if MOHT is required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce MOHT’s legal agreements and policies.
MOHT will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the Service, or if MOHT is legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

The security of your Personal Data is important to MOHT. To safeguard your Personal Data, MOHT has put in place appropriate administrative and technical measures, including, but not limited to, restricting access to your Personal Data to only authorised personnel, ensuring it has up to date anti-virus protection and appropriate security systems. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While MOHT strives to use commercially and governmentally acceptable standards to protect your Personal Data, MOHT cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Service may contain links to third party websites, materials and/or services which are not operated by MOHT, whose data protection and privacy practices are different from this Privacy Policy. If you click on such links, you will be directed to that third party’s websites, materials and/or services. MOHT has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such third party websites, materials and/or services. MOHT shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss whatsoever arising from your access to or use of those third party websites, materials and/or services. MOHT reserves the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy at any time. Should any modification to this Privacy Policy occur, MOHT will post the revised and/or updated Privacy Policy on www.moht.com.sg/privacy.
