mindline.sg

mindline.sg is the digital first-stop touchpoint for mental health in Singapore. We aim to empower and equip individuals with tools, knowledge and pathways to self-care and seek professional help when needed.

As an anonymous platform, one of our goals is to destigmatise mental health by creating a safe space for individuals to gain awareness of their state of wellbeing and take active steps towards building good mental health.

Key features include:

  • a clinically validated self-assessment tool that provides users with a set of recommended actions to take
  • an emotionally intelligent chatbot that users can engage with and be guided through appropriate self-care exercises
  • a service wayfinding tool to locate the most suitable mental health services
  • over 500 self-help resources tailored to support the help-seeking journey of our users
  • an online forum for users to get advice and help from a community of peer supporters and therapists

With mindline.sg, MOHT seeks to achieve a person-centric mental health system that promotes wellbeing, destigmatises help-seeking behaviour, and develop communities of care and support.

mindline.sg is developed by MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), with the support of the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).
